• All rates are inclusive of food, heating, water, bowls, bedding and litter trays for your pets entire stay
• Fees are charged on a daily basis and include the day of arrival and departure
• No reduction to the final account will be made for pets either arriving late or going home early
• More than one cat may share, but of course this only applies when the cats are from the same household. 
• Four or more cats are catered for upon request
• Payment for your pets stay must be settled at the time of collection.
